Reviews for EXPRESSION CARTRIDGE CUTTER MACHINE New 12x24" Cricut Craft-e-Corner (an Amazon Merchant) offered me a defective Provo Craft Cricut Expression ultimate month. The computing device would not shut off routinely after 15 minutes of inactiveness the means in which my first Cricut Expression did. Instead, after more than a half hour of inactivity, the computer would freeze up and crash/malfunction (while the display and lightweights had been nonetheless on), and would wish to be rebooted sooner than it is often used once more. This sorry piece of apparatus was additionally made with more price effective subject matters than my first one (ie: plastic sections replaced metallic ones in some cases). Furthermore, it made an strange clunking noise and didn't lower neatly (when it wasn't crashing).
Craft-e-Corner did refund my cash for the computing device, however they refused to pay for the return transport prices (approximately $15.50) for the inaccurate Cricut that they sent me.
Their delivery-slip says "E-mail us to share with us how we will maintain our 5 Star Feedback!" but after I did e-mail them to request that they pay for the return prices, they flatly rejected the speculation. I ratel their transport-slip comment is very disingenuous. Since THEY bought ME the malfunctioning Cricut, I don't suppose asking them to pay for the return delivery value was once an unreasonable request on my section.
