Eventually Making Memories issued a "calibration" card to "fix" the machine, after insisting for months that the issues with the computing device had been all because of "user error." If you are in search of "exact" shapes you won't in finding them on the unique machine, even with the calibration card.
Having said that, the Slice is an outstanding device for those of us with limited areas for crafting, to that end my need to purchase the new Elite Slice, stated to be quicker, quieter and way more correct. As long as you may be satisfied with lowers that aren't perfect (which didn't bother me too a lot) this computer is a good instrument.
My new Elite Slice desktop arrived on a Friday, I got here residence from work, plugged it in and after 5 minutes the blade used to be now not retracting and the entire reduces have been ruined. I then left the computing device plugged in overnight to see if that would help.
